Rikonect is founded by Mandar Nilange. Mandar's journey to building Rikonect is deeply personal, born from years of observing how online spaces can both connect and distract us, alongside valuable lessons learned from past entrepreneurial ventures. This experience has fueled the conviction that a better, more intentional online world is possible.
Mandar is a certified NLP practitioner, bringing a deep understanding of human behavior and habit formation to Rikonect's foundational approach. The Rikonect team is further supported by an advisory team expert in behavior science and NLP, ensuring our solutions are rooted in robust principles of human psychology.
